...so, I was asked to appear on a cooking show...
...I was quite excited, and to be honest I'm not new in front of the cameras...
...but this was totally a new experience....I forgot my Greek...gained my American accent....felt nervous as hell...and even said things that I shouldn't have said, like "it's very pleasurable playing with it"....meaning the dough!!!
...will I do it again?.....mmmm....maybe?
...at least next time I'll know what to expect and have a glass of wine before!

That is amazing! I love your blog. You were absolutelty right when you told me to always have my carmea...I am going to make my blog less chatty and include more pics. Thanks for the advice.
